Some information about wildlife in nepal

                      There is establishment of different wildlife resources which hwlps in conserving flora and fauna (plants and animals). Day by day the number of plants and animals are decreasing because of smuggling of such valuable plants and animals. To stop such crimes and to save the animals from killing such wildlife reserve are established. Some information of such wildlife reserves are as follows:

Koshi-Tappu Wildlife Reserve
Koshi Tappu Wildlife reserve lies on the alluvial flood plain of Sapta Koshi River in the southeastern lowland. The reserve spreads over Saptari and Sunsari districts in East Nepal over the embankments of river koshi. It is recognized as Wetland site from 1987. Morning jungle treks by the river lagoons and wetlands provide excellent opportunity to view birdlife, deer and herds of water buffalos.
